On June 2, 2011, the AESO released our draft 2011 Long-term Transmission Plan that provides a blueprint for meeting Alberta’s growing electricity needs and ensures we continue to have a robust and reliable system now and well into the future.

The AESO is committed to continuing its efforts to engage with you — the public, by asking for your input on the Plan. There are several ways you can participate:
- For detailed comments on the Plan please complete a Comment Form that will allow you to provide comments on the key elements of the Plan.
- If you have questions about the Plan please send an email to longtermplan@aeso.ca with your questions to the AESO.
Comments and input will be collected until August 2nd 2011. All comments will be reviewed and the AESO will post a report containing responses to aggregated comments to our website in September, 2011.
